What Type You Stretching Should You Do?

Many people believe that stretching is the best way to prevent injury but when and what type of stretching should you do? From my experience and much research I have come up with what has worked for me and what has I have had the best results from. At the start of any exercise you should always do dynamic stretching. Dynamic stretching is any movement that allows blood to be put in the muscle. For e.g. Star jumps or a high intensity exercise with 20+ repetitions. This allows blood to flowing around the muscle and prevents injury. At the end of the exercise you should always do static stretching. A Grown Man at Heart

I am a recent high school graduate and I want to take some time to get my body in the shape I wish it was currently in. I am an 18 year old man who is six feet tall and I weigh 125 pounds.
