Council 2008 - Invitation
IFHE voting Council Members of organisations and delegates representing Individual Members
Dear IFHE voting Council Members,
Based on the IFHE constitution I would like to invite you as IFHE voting Council Members of organisations and representatives of Individual Members to the biennial IFHE Council 2008 in Lucerne, Switzerland, Europe.
The Council will take place on Saturday July 26th and Thursday July 31st in the KKL Congress Centre Lucerne, Switzerland.
I would like to remind you that the decision taken at 2006 IFHE Council, that all Council delegates must pay the Council Registration fee. There will be no Registration fee payable for proxy votes. I would like to inform you that all IFHE voting Council Members have to register for the IFHE Council (see subsection Registration).
All Member Organisations who wish to have a PROXY VOTE must provide the voting delegate with the necessary mandate to enable them to vote on their behalf. All registered IFHE voting Council Member will receive a numbered personal voting card at the registration desk in Lucerne, when they register as a Delegate. The Council documents, including all voting issues will be sent in May 2008. The reports and other information documents for the Council will be available in Lucerne.
