Registration applications will also be accepted by fax or mail. The hotel reservation and the conference registration will be handled by LTI Tours. Ltd.
All hotels are within walking distance from KKL, Culture and Convention Centre, Lucerne and the railway station.

Payment and canncellation of Hotel Accomodations
The bill for the accomodation has to be paid directly to the hotel to the hotel prior to the departure. If you have to cancel your reservation less than two weeks prior to the arrival date and the hotel can not rsell your room, the copmletecosts will have to be charged to you.
If payment of the conference fee is not received, the hotel reservation will automatically be cancelled.
If you arrived later than 18.00 at the hotel on your arrival day the hotel has to be contacted in order to keep the reservation for you. If you do not inform the hotel of your late arrival they are allowed to resell the room if possible, otherwise the complete costs will have to be charged to you.
A credit card as guarantee for each reservation is mandatory. Your credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel. It will only be charged in case of late cancellation or no-show.
