XXI. IFHE World Congress 2008 Registration
Information for Registration
To assist in the smooth running of the congress, and to avoid long delays at the on-site registration desk, participants are strongly advised to register for the congress in advance on the website see below.
Registration applications will also be accepted by fax or mail. The conference registration and the hotel reservation will be handled by LTI Tours Ltd., a professional conference organiser with qualified staff, experience and equipment.
Payment and cancellation of Registration
All payments must be made in Swiss Francs (CHF).
The payment of the conference fee is accepted only in Swiss Francs, in advance by bank-transfer or by credit card. Bank cheques will not be accepted! Please indicate the terms of your payment. The fees are payable net in Swiss Francs within 20 days after receiving the confirmation. The conference participants have to pay all bank charges (bank charges in the home country and for the recipient bank).
All Cancellations of registration must be in writing and adressed to LTI Tours Ltd., Arsenalstrasse 40, CH-6010 Kriens/Switzerland, Fax +41 41 318 41 40. Cancellation requests before May 20, 2008 will be fully refunded except an administration fee of CHF 60.00. Cancellations received after May 20, 2008 cannot be refunded. <<No-shows>> will not qualify for refunds. It is possible to change the names of the delegates without additional charge as long as the financial arrangements remain unchanged.
The Registration fees do not include accomodation and meals.
